The last match of match day one (1) of the Accra west District Football Association Champions of Champions competition took off at the Stephen Appiah Astro Turf Mamprobi Girls School Park in a fashionable way at exactly 1:36pn. The match was expected to be a very tough match.
In the early minuets of the game, Trust FC had dominate play. In the 15minuets Abdul Karim Maigah sent a long pass from the center of the pitch to Obuobisah Rahman who was unmarked by the defenders and beautifully strikes the ball in the net making it one for Trust FC. Trust Fc kept on mounting pressure on Mamprobi United creating a couple of chances, Trust Fc was awarded a corner Kick in the 36th minutes Abdul Karim Maigah got hold of the ball and scored the second goal for trust Fc. After 40 minutes of play the referee brought the match to an end.
In the beginning of the second half Mamprobi United took the ball to their opponent, until in the 47th minutes a free kick was awarded in favour of Mamprobi United Godwin Adai took the free kick and scored. Mamprobi united not relenting raised their game with a couple of chance but failed to score.
In the later part of the Game Trust Fc kept procession of the ball when in the 71st minutes a defender of Mamprobi United mistakenly gave a back pass to Obuobisah Rahman who then passed the ball to Godfred Takyi and shot the ball into the net making it three for Trust Fc. Mamprobi United couldn’t reduce the deficit. Referee Blessing Gyan brought the match to end after full time of play.
